Create A User Login:

To create your user login, go to User Login from the horizontal menu and click on Create User Account from the dropdown list.  You will need to create a user name and password and provide your user ID number or social security number.  You may obtain user ID number from your certification card or by calling NCCT. You will also need to choose a security question from the dropdown menu and provide the answer.  This will allow you to recover your password in the future. Note:  We will only store your user name in our system, so make sure to choose a password you will remember for future logins.   

CE Testing Instructions:

Once you have created your user login, you can take your CE test by going to Testing from the horizontal menu, and then click on CE Test Login.   This page will give you the following options:

1. Online CE Testing Instructions (click here for more detailed instructions)
2. View/print CE courses
3. Begin a CE Course Test
4. Begin a Specialty Course

The second link will take you to our CE library where you can choose, view and print your CE courses.  Click on the third link when you are ready to take your test!  You will be able to view your test score immediately after your finish the test and a list of questions you missed will be provided.   

Retrieve your password:

Go to User Login and click on Recover Password.  When the recover password page displays it will ask you to provide your User Name (see the recover user name section if you forgot your user name).  After you submit your user name, your security question will appear and you will need to provide the answer and click reset password.  The following screen will ask you to change your password and you will then be able to login to your account.

Retrieve your username:

To recover your user name you will need to go to User Login from the horizontal menu and then click on Recover Username.  When the page displays it will ask you to provide your User ID or your Social Security Number.  Once you provide that information, your user user name will be displayed.
